Once our paperwork reaches Bulgaria, it will be submitted to Bulgarian Minster of Justice for approval. The Minister of Justice will then give us the official referral for M. and extend an invitation to travel and meet M. We aren't sure how long this process will take! We still hope to travel in late summer or fall.
I have started buying a few little things to take with us when we visit M. I hit the dollar bins at Target this week and found bubbles, sidewalk chalk, a squishy ball, a slinky, and coloring book!
